Send safely and easily
Easily arrange the sending of your watch with the Neovintage shipping service. You will receive a package box containing a special sturdy watch box. There is also a shipping label in the box. Place the watch in the box, put the box back in the parcel box and use the supplied shipping label to send it well insured.
Intake and quotation
After the watch has been received, the inside and outside are examined and assessed. You will receive advice within one working day about the work that is recommended with a no-obligation quote.
Execution of work
If you agree with the quote, the work will begin. In most cases, the timepiece is completely disassembled and all parts are inspected with specialist equipment for wear and defects.
Test and return
After the work has been completed, the watch is adjusted and extensively tested for a period of time. The watch will be securely packed and returned to you by insured mail.
