Wat er met je horloge gebeurt
Elk horloge begint met een onderzoek. We openen de kast, bekijken het uurwerk onder de microscoop en stellen vast wat er nodig is. Pas daarna krijg je een offerte — er wordt niets gedaan waar je geen ja op hebt gezegd.
Bij een servicebeurt wordt het uurwerk volledig gedemonteerd, gereinigd, opnieuw geolied en afgesteld. Versleten onderdelen worden vervangen of, bij oudere horloges waarvoor niets meer te krijgen is, op maat gemaakt. Daarna gaat de kast dicht en wordt het horloge getest, ook op waterdichtheid.

Yes. You will receive a sturdy watch box and a shipping label; the watch is insured against loss and damage up to 5000 euros, and a higher insurance value is possible on request. Everything is on the Shipping Service page.
How long does it take?
That depends on what is needed and the parts. A service usually takes several weeks; a restoration that requires parts to be made, longer. You will receive an indication once the investigation has been completed, and you can track the status of your repair online.
