Shipping service
With the Neovintage shipping service you can send your watch in safely without having to buy shipping labels. A special sturdy watch box is sent to you, in which your watch can travel safely. The shipping service costs €30. Your watch is then insured against loss or damage in transit up to 5000 euros! Both sending it to the workshop and returning it to your home address are included.
1. Register your watch
Fill in the registration form and tick the option for the shipping service. After you submit the form you receive a payment request for the shipping service. Once the payment has come in, a special watch box is sent to you.
2. Receive the watch box
You receive a parcel box. Open it by cutting the tape with a knife. Do not damage the box, because you will be reusing it. Inside the parcel box you will find the watch box and a shipping label for sending the watch.
3. Put your watch in
Put your watch in the watch box, positioned as shown in the photo alongside. Then close the box carefully and secure the clasp.
4. Reuse the parcel box
Put the watch box back into the parcel box. Peel the backing tape off the adhesive strip as shown alongside. Seal the box firmly.
5. Attach the shipping label
Stick the enclosed shipping label over the old one on the parcel box, and hand the parcel in at a PostNL point. You hear from us when the watch arrives.
