Shipping service
By using the Neovintage shipping service you can send your watch safely without having to purchase shipping labels. You will receive a special sturdy box with which your watch can be shipped safely. The shipping service costs € 30,-. Your watch is then insured against loss or damage during shipping up to 5000 euros! Both sending to the studio and returning to your home address are included.
1. Register your watch
Complete the registration form and select the option for shipping service. After completing the form, you will receive a payment request for payment of the shipping service. After payment has been received, a special watch box will be sent to you.
2. Receive the watch box
You will receive a parcel box. You can open this by cutting the tape with a knife. Don't break the box, because you can reuse it later. In the package box you will find the watch box and a shipping label for sending the watch.
3. Place your watch
Put your watch in the watch box. Place the watch as shown in the photo below. Then carefully close the box. Close the box with a lock.
4. Reuse the package box
Place the watch box back in the package box. Remove the masking tape from the adhesive strip as shown below. Tape the box tightly.
5. Attach the shipping label
Place the supplied shipping label over the old shipping label on the package box. Drop off the package at a PostNL point. You will be notified when the watch has been received.
