Why Neovintage

A watch is a beautiful piece of precision engineering, made to last. But even the best movement does not look after itself. A watch needs regular maintenance to keep the movement from wearing, to keep it running exactly on time, and to hold its value.

A qualified watchmaker disassembles, cleans, lubricates, repairs and tests every watch to the highest standards. Work carried out by Neovintage comes with a 24-month warranty.

Neovintage also offers a shipping service, which arranges the whole process of registering, sending and returning safely and easily.

How we work

How it works

01

Send it safely and easily

Sending your watch in is straightforward with the Neovintage shipping service. You receive a parcel box with a special sturdy watch box inside it, and a shipping label in the parcel box as well. Put the watch in the watch box, put the watch box back in the parcel box, and use the enclosed shipping label to send it fully insured.

Intake and quote

Once the watch has arrived, the inside and the outside are examined and assessed. Within one working day you get advice on the work that is recommended, together with a no-obligation quote.

Carrying out the work

Once you agree to the quote, the work begins. In most cases the movement is disassembled completely and every part is inspected for wear and defects with specialist equipment.
